As you can see, I am very excited about our next meeting; of course, I always am - but this one really presents some opportunities for young people! Dual Enrollment has many "faces", many different versions of this wonderful concept. It will be very good to learn about the options available to our students and their families. If you say, why the family? Consider that many classes are tuition free for the student, this poses a great relief on the family's financial resources. So, yes, they benefit as well.
U of M Flint sponsors our next meeting on October 25, 2016. We appreciate their willingness to once again host our meeting. U of M Flint is very busy the day of our meeting and the meeting will not be held in the UCEN, as in the past. Please note the following changes: The meeting will be held in Park Place located in the Northbank Center (NBC) located just over the river, in beautiful downtown Flint.
